Lulu and Ryan are married!!

October 08, 2012  •  3 Comments

When I first received Lulu's phone call last spring, I knew her wedding to Ryan would be one that I would love.  And I couldn't have been more right.  These two traveled to Hilton Head, South Carolina from their home in Steamboat Springs, Colorado for a beautiful fall wedding at Lulu's family estate.  Joined by many family and friends, Lulu and Ryan said their vows under the Spanish Moss which was glistening from the recent rainfall.  We all know that rain on your wedding day, and Lulu and Ryan were blessed with a quick shower that passed just in time for their marshside ceremony.

Following the ceremony, it was time to party - and let me tell you, these two (and their guests!) sure can dance!  In addition to being talented dancers, Ryan is a member of a band who entertained the crowd with a special song just for Lulu.  Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, Lulu joined her groom on stage for a truly special moment.  This reception was full of fun and surprises around each corner including a s'mores bar and guests wearing alligator hats as they boogied down.  It was truly a day and night to remember.

Congratulations and best wishes, Lulu and Ryan, I wish you a blessed life together.

My gosh, your talent is astounding! I do not even know these people and I was choked up looking at the emotional moments you captured so perfectly, and beautifully. I feel bad for this couple that they will have the tough job of choosing among this beautiful collection what will hang on their wall! I love the one with the dance floor and the gorgeous sky, you captured the drama that the weather played on the sky! And the bride drying her teary eyes... you captured love and emotion. You captured the fun and playfullness- I love the guys having piggyback races on the beach :) I feel like I was there. Stunning pictures, I'm gonna go back and look through them again!
